Bento With Love
In the face of fierce competition, it is becoming more and more difficult for Hong Kong parents to do so, they rack their brains and forget to sleep and eat, all in order to let their children eat better, live a better life, and grow up a little smoother.
In this book, Agnes Chan visits 14 local families to see the different bento boxes made by parents for their children, explores the parent-child relationship of each family, and shares her tips and advice on parenting. The families interviewed had different backgrounds and different educational approaches, reflecting the different views of Hong Kong parents on parenting and the difficulties they encountered. She believes that parents will find resonance and inspiration in these stories. Each home visit is accompanied by a recipe designed by Agnes Chan, which is simple and delicious, suitable for parents and children to enjoy cooking together.
