Following on from the concept of "helping others to help themselves", this book uses easy-to-understand methods with real-life examples and professional psychological counseling skills to help readers master the 10 communication rules for channeling negative emotions, so as to help themselves and their relatives and friends effectively perceive, express, transmit, vent and manage their inner emotions, so that they can find hope and strength to face challenges and setbacks in life.
The book is divided into three chapters: Chapter 1: Emotional Communication and Interpersonal Connection, Chapter 2: Communication Skills with Effective Channeling, and Chapter 3: Responding to Negative Emotions and Using Counseling Skills.
