Origin:
The theme of the 2020 Hong Kong Book Fair was Psychological Inspiration, and Dr. Choi was invited to be the author of the year, and to host the book fair talk and display his books. However, due to the pandemic, the book fair on the theme of psychological inspiration was postponed to 2021, and the talk could not be held as scheduled. However, during the preparatory period for the exhibition, the editor re-read Choi's old books and realized that despite the drastic changes over the years, the truth remains the same. So he invited Dr. Choi to talk about his writing and identity as a starting point, and then compiled this book.

Theme:
Dr. Choi has written many books over the years, but he never considers himself a writer as his writing is only an extension of the identity of a youth worker and is a part of youth work. Therefore, this book is based on Dr. Choi's identity as a youth worker, and will focus on the five elements of youth workers, share his experience, and select his classic works to share with the of young workers, and equip workers to serve the new generation.
