Take 2 - 'Upcycle Extraordinary Tote Bag'
The original designer brand “Take 2” embraces the value of “Treasure things you love and live on.” Designers co-creates with Hong Kong illustrators a series of upcycle extraordinary tote bags to draw the awareness of protecting our earth in advance. Hong Kong is such a prosperous city where change of outdoor advertising banners happened very often. Consumable, surplus and disposable materials are discarded outcome after evolution of finished products. It’s time to rethink the abuse of materials, to reflect the use of something in a way that is harmful or morally wrong; and to rediscover the value of useless or non-use of things which can have more benefits to human beings. A group of designers, illustrators and creators join together to illustrate a series of new Hong Kong landscapes through their talented works of drawings and graphic images. They create a mood of nostalgia by using advanced Inkjet printing methodology on such disposable, useless or even non-use materials to enhance an attitude of environmental living lifestyle and spirit of redesign among things, function, the application of eco-friendly water solvent ink and HP Laser printing which are harmless to human environment are also physical values needed to concern.
